Junior Concert Band

Membership of the ACT Junior Concert Band (JCB) is open to students of ACT government high schools who play wind, brass and percussion instruments and who are in Year 7 or Year 8 and who successfully audition. Membership of the JCB is for one year only and all places are declared vacant at the end of each school year. Current members in Year 7 may re-audition for membership in Year 8. The JCB rehearses each Tuesday night of school term (not in the holidays).

JCB Camp at Birrigai - Friday May 17 (eveing) until Sunday May 19 (afternoon)

Public Education Day Civic - Thursday May 23 - during school hours

Winter Winds - Erindale Theatre 7.00pm - Wednesday June 19

Floriade- TBA - September

Band Tour - 2 nights/3 days - Wednesday October 23 - Friday October 25

Bandstravaganza - Tuesday November 19 7.00pm and Wednesday November 20 7.00pm

Band Picnic Sunday December 1 - 2-6pm
